WRWC’s 2025 Annual Report
2025 was a year of uncertainty, resilience, and continued progress across the Woonasquatucket River watershed. Even as unexpected funding challenges threatened important work, our staff, partners, volunteers, and supporters kept WRWC moving forward.
From major restoration projects and Greenway improvements to environmental education, urban forestry, community stewardship, and climate resilience, 2025 demonstrated what is possible when people come together around a shared commitment to the river and our communities.
