Our free dance nights at Riverside Park are still going strong!

After spending the first half of the summer learning salsa, we’re stoked to start bachata lessons. Brandon Contreras of Cultura Dance Arts introduced dancers to the basic steps before moving into partner work and ending the evening with music and plenty of time to practice.

Each week, amazing groups have been joining us at Riverside Park to learn, meet new people, and spend an hour outside together. It’s been great to see familiar faces returning while new dancers jump in without hesitation.

A big thank you to Brandon and Cultura Dance Arts for making these classes so welcoming and accessible for everyone, regardless of experience.

There’s still plenty of summer left to dance with us. Join us this Thursday from 6–7 PM at Riverside Park (50 Aleppo Street, Providence) as we continue our bachata series. No experience or partner is required—we’ll see you there!
