The Olneyville Resilience Hub is a trusted space for neighbors to connect, learn, and access free community resources. Located in the heart of Olneyville, the Hub officially opened in 2024 thanks to a powerful collaboration between the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council (WRWC), the City of Providence Office of Sustainability, Providence Emergency Management Agency (PEMA), the Providence Department of Recreation, and the Olneyville Neighborhood Association.

Whether you’re looking to escape the heat or cold, attend a workshop, or get involved in building a stronger, healthier community, the Hub is here for you.

What We Offer

What is a Resilience Hub?

A Resilience Hub is a trusted, neighborhood-based space where residents gather for support, learning, and leadership—especially in times of emergency. It’s also a year-round center for environmental resilience, economic stability, and community health.

At the Olneyville Resilience Hub, we are working with residents—not just for them—to design a future rooted in equity, safety, and opportunity.
