The 2025 Fish Fun(d) Fundraiser is just two short weeks away! This year’s event is bigger, bolder, and fishier than ever, all for a great cause. Join us on Thursday, August 14 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM at Farm Fresh RI, 10 Sims Avenue in Providence for a night filled with unforgettable entertainment, incredible raffle prizes, a fishy costume contest with a $250 cash prize, live music and DJ sets, local food and drink, handmade ice cream, and a scenic pre-party bike ride along the Greenway.
Every ticket includes food, a complimentary drink, and one raffle entry. All proceeds support the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council’s programs to restore and protect the river and expand the Greenway for everyone. Come celebrate, dance, eat, and give back with us—we can’t wait to see you there.

You know him, you love him. State Representative David Morales returns as our charismatic Master of Ceremonies. When he’s not leading community action with WRWC, he’s hyping up the crowd and keeping the party rolling.
🎷 Special Performance by the Extraordinary Rendition Band (ERB)
The ERB crew is loud, proud, and ready to surprise. This diverse band of activist musicians creates spontaneous moments of raucous musical joy with an eclectic mix of beauty, noise, and heart. Whether they’re on stage or marching through the crowd, they’re here to make you dance and get everyone in on the action.

IS THERE A BIKE-TASTIC WAY TO ARRIVE IN STYLE?
You betcha. Roll into the Fish Fun(d) the coolest way possible with a free, scenic group ride led by WRWC’s Red Shed Bicycle Programs team. It’s fun, it’s fabulous, and it’s the perfect way to kick off the party.
Join our Bike Crew for a guided ride along the Woonasquatucket River Greenway before the festivities begin. We’ll meet at 4:15 PM at Farm Fresh Rhode Island, 10 Sims Avenue in Providence, which is also the location of the Fish Fun(d). Got a bag or costume? We’ll have a bag check available so you can stash your stuff and transform into your Greenway creature self after the ride.
The route heads out and back along the Greenway, looping around at Buttonhole Golf Course. You’ll get to see both sides of the river and cruise along the newly completed section near Kinsley Avenue.
No bike? No problem. We have a supply of loaner bikes and helmets available, and we’re happy to get you set up.
You could just come for the ride, but it would be a lot cooler if you stayed for the party.
