Tile Nights

Help build an iconic work of art in the Valley neighborhood!

Join artist David Allyn and the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council for a series of community Tile Nights at Studio 50. Participants will learn about ceramics and printmaking through the lens of river conservation while helping create handmade porcelain tiles for three site-specific public art installations.

Designed by David Allyn in collaboration with WRWC, these tile installations will become a permanent feature of the newly completed Eagle Street Pocket Park, connecting art, community, and the Woonasquatucket River.

Whether you’d like to spend the evening rolling and cutting tiles, learn more about the creative process, or simply stop by to say hello, all are welcome.
