About Revive the Roots
Revive the Roots is a community-driven organization that cultivates spaces where people and the environment thrive together. Through sustainable practices, community building, and educational programs, they steward Mowry Commons — a 23-acre landscape featuring walking trails, permaculture gardens, agricultural fields, a community garden, and historical landmarks like the Mary Mowry House.
Revive the Roots partners with local groups, including the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council, to host hikes, clean-ups, workshops, arts programs, and festivals that connect people to nature, food, and each other.
