Overview
Join WRWC for a free, fun, family-friendly morning at the beautiful Leo Bouchard Conservation Center! Celebrate spring with us, explore the grounds, and get an inside look at what’s in store for Camp Woonasquatucket 2026.
Enjoy a relaxed open house atmosphere with activities, snacks, and opportunities to meet staff and learn more about our summer camp program.
Activities Include
- Bubbles & chalk art
- Cornhole & sack races
- Birdwatching at the dock with binoculars
- Open House exhibits, including:
- The “bones case”
- Hands-on viewing with the Wentz microscope (yes… cyanobacteria—ew, but cool)
- Camp Woonasquatucket slideshow featuring highlights from our first season
- Meet & greet with camp counselors
- Information on priority placement for the 2026 camp season
Snacks & Treats
- Fresh fruit & veggies
- Light snacks & classic pizza strips
- Lemonade & water
