PROVIDENCE – The Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council will hold its first paddle of the season on Saturday, Aug. 29, at 5 p.m. The paddle is part of the Explore the Woonasquatucket recreational series.
From downtown Providence to Wolf Hill Forest Preserve in Smithfield, the series will visit beautiful and historic sites throughout the Woonasquatucket River watershed, with paddle trips, hikes, and bike rides.
