“My vision is really about restoring the natural hydrology of the area, which really is just grabbing and filtering stormwater wherever it falls. I want every home to be retrofitted for that. I want every parking lot, too. It’s not only going to have the biggest impact on what goes into the river, but it’s what will make our parks and neighborhoods beautiful.”
