Join us for an exciting event in partnership with 15 Minute Field Trips on May 18th from 2 PM to 3:30 PM at Salmon Street access to Woonasquatucket Greenway – it’s Seed Bombing time! Check out the flyer below for more details.
At the event, swing by the check-in table to grab your Pollinator Bingo card (see below) and get ready for some fun. We’ll be making seed bombs using pre-mixed soil and clay, packed with goldenrod, echinacea, sunflower, and joe pye weed seeds – perfect for attracting pollinators to our area.
And guess what? Big Nazo will be there to add some extra excitement to the event! Learn why pollinators are so important to our ecosystem and grab some FREE flower seeds while supplies last.
Don’t forget your bikes – we’ll be biking up and down, tossing seed bombs and spreading joy throughout the Greenway. Let’s make our community bloom together!
