Wild Edibles Walk on June 16th, 2021

Join us for another foraging adventure with wild edibles enthusiast Russ Cohen, author of Wild Plants I Have Known…and Eaten. This trip will explore the Mowry Conservation Area in Smithfield and the group will traverse up to a great lookout point and then visit the farmers at Revive the Roots, which is a working farm. This hike will include some ups and downs on the trails, so hikers should be sure-footed, wear sturdy shoes and bring a walking stick if you like.

Getting there: Look for the entrance sign and park along Old Forge Road between Farnum Pike (Route 104) and Log Road just north of Stump Pond:
