The Flood...
At the end of what would go down as the wettest March on record in Rhode Island, 6 to 8" of rain fell across the state on March 30 and 31, pushing rivers in the state to record levels. This gallery has images of the floodwaters on the Woonasquatucket, starting in the middle part of the river and working down to Providence.
